The addition of compound carbide to cemented carbide can not only improve the anti-oxidation ability of cemented carbide, but also improve the resistance to crescent wear and knife chip tumor, which is an important way to change the properties of cemented carbide. Commonly used compound carbide by WC, TiC, TaC and other components of binary or multiple solid solution, commonly known as CK material.
